During a Reiki session, the practitioner places her hands either lightly on or just above the client’s body, using different hand gestures to promote the flow of energy. With Reiki, most people experience a sense of calm, balance, and rejuvenation.

Post session reflection

After the session, I gently guide you back to your surroundings. There will be time to discuss your experience and insights. I also provide gentle guidance on how to carry the tranquility and balance you’ve experienced into your everyday life.
